About Me

Hi my name is April Joy. I was born in the Philippines but grew up in lovely San Diego. I have been living in San Diego since I was 7 and I love it! My ethnicity is full Filipina and I am fluent in Tagalog too. The things I love to do outside of modeling are cooking, working out and any outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, rock climbing and walking on the beach.

My modeling career spiked in 2011 and has been moving fast! I really enjoy modeling as I think it shows a different side of me that I myself never knew existed. I love the artistic aspect behind it besides the fact that I actually love photography myself as it is one of my hobbies. Some of the things I have done since I started modeling are a few car shows, photo shoots, one calendar (soon to be released), and club hosting special events. In 2011,  things really started moving for me and I began to gain a lot of exposure. One of my biggest accomplishments in 2011 was getting published as model of the month for October in Super Street Bike magazine.  In 2012, I plan on taking my career to the next level so be on the look out for April Joy!
